**Cancellation Policy** We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients while maintaining fairness to all. Please review the following cancellation policies for our services: Telehealth Consultations: - Appointments are refundable if canceled at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. - For emergencies or cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the appointment, the session can be rescheduled for another available date or time at no additional fee. However, rescheduling requests must be made via phone call or email and cannot be completed through the online booking system. In-Home Autism Assessments and In-Office Autism Assessments: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. - For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. However, these appointments can be rescheduled at no additional charge for emergencies or unexpected illnesses. Rescheduling through the online booking system is not available for late cancellations.
