Detect, Diagnose, Develop. We believe in the empowerment of families through early insights in order to provide brighter futures for our children. With a focus on navigating neurodiversity with care, our comprehensive assessments provide parents with the knowledge on how to advance their child’s neurological development. We provide all the documentation needed for health insurance approval of all early interventions for neurodiverse children such as speech therapy, applied behavior analysis, occupational therapies, genetic testing, diagnostic imaging such as MRIs, and lab testing.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We Accept the Following NV Medicaid Health Plans
Currently, we only accept NV Medicaid including NV Medicaid MCO plans SilverSummit, Anthem BCBS, Molina, and HPN. Additionally, for adult patients we accept Medicare and Medicare advantage plans.
We understand the importance of access to quality healthcare. If your insurance plan is not listed among those we accept, we can provide you with a superbill. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit directly to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement eligibility depends on your specific insurance plan and coverage.

NeuroSpectrum Diagnostics was founded with a deeply personal mission. Our founder, a dedicated healthcare provider and mother, faced firsthand the frustration and heartbreak of navigating the disorganized healthcare system in Las Vegas when her own toddler suffered from expressive speech delay and early signs of autism spectrum disorder. Seeking answers, she turned to Nevada’s Early Intervention program, only to discover a system bogged down by politics and bureaucracy rather than focused on delivering quality care.
Determined to get her child the help they needed, she sought a specialist evaluation, but the process was riddled with red tape. Like so many parents in the valley, she was pushed onto waitlists that stretched over a year—a delay that was entirely unacceptable during the critical developmental window for early interventions. Even when offering to pay out-of-pocket, she encountered cash-pay prices ranging from $1,200 to $1,500, making timely care inaccessible for many families.
Recognizing this gap in care and the dire need for change, she made the decision to return to medical school and specialize in autism diagnostics. Her commitment was clear: to create a service where families would face no waitlists, access care at an affordable cost, and receive compassionate, high-quality evaluations.

We empower families with timely diagnoses and provide the critical documentation needed to access life-changing therapies like ABA, speech, and occupational therapy.
