NeuroSpectrum Diagnostic's in-office autism screening, assessment, and diagnostic testing provides a vital resource for children and families seeking answers and support. Our specialized clinic environment is designed to be welcoming and child-friendly, ensuring a calm and focused setting for evaluations. By conducting assessments in our office, we offer access to state-of-the-art tools and resources, allowing for comprehensive and accurate evaluations. With timely and precise diagnoses, children can quickly access recommended therapies and interventions, paving the way for enhanced developmental outcomes and a brighter future. This is a comprehensive assessment consisting of multiple parts including an initial telehealth consultation, comprehensive physical exam and health history, milestone and developmental assessment, autism screening, and a highly specialized ADOS-2 autism diagnostic test. Upon completion of the exams, you will receive a detail PDF and/or print out of the results of the examination and any insurance diagnosis endorsement forms will be completed by the healthcare provider as needed to approve any additional therapies, services, referrals, labs, or testings as recommended by the autism specialists. ***Patient Forms: After booking your appointment through the online portal, you will receive an SMS/Email link to fill out the required new patient intake forms and screening questionnaires online. This link is submitted manually to you by staff during regular business hours, so if you book your appointment after hours, please allow until the next business day to receive your new patient forms link. These forms must be completed before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to complete these required medical forms may result in the need for the appointment to be rescheduled. ***Paper forms are available if needed at the the office location. Please feel free to stop by during regular business hours, monday through friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm to pick up a paper copy instead to complete.

Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation Policy** We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients while maintaining fairness to all. Please review the following cancellation policies for our services: Telehealth Consultations: - Appointments are refundable if canceled at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. - For emergencies or cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the appointment, the session can be rescheduled for another available date or time at no additional fee. However, rescheduling requests must be made via phone call or email and cannot be completed through the online booking system. In-Home Autism Assessments and In-Office Autism Assessments: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. - For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. However, these appointments can be rescheduled at no additional charge for emergencies or unexpected illnesses. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email at Info@NeuroSpectrumDiagnostics.com or by phone at (702) 877-6183. Rescheduling through the online booking system is not available for late cancellations.
